Free website reachability check
Can customers easily call, email or message you through your website? Enter the address of one page, for example your homepage or contact page. We check that single page for the main ways customers can contact you.
Free indication, no guarantee. We only look at the page you enter, as its server delivers it as HTML. Anything that only loads through JavaScript or sits on another page is not seen. The URL you enter is not stored and you don’t have to leave any details.
What we check
- Phone number visible: A phone number in the text of the page.
- Tap-to-call link: A tel: link, so visitors on a phone can call with one tap.
- Email address: An email address in the text or a mailto: link.
- Contact form: A form with a field for email, phone or a message, or a known form embed.
- Opening hours: The words opening hours, days with times, or openingHours in the JSON-LD.
- Chat or WhatsApp: A WhatsApp link (wa.me) or a known chat widget.
- Mobile-friendly (viewport): The meta name="viewport" tag with width=device-width.
- Secure connection (HTTPS): The page loads over https.

What does the reachability check cost?
Nothing. The check is free and you don’t need an account or to leave any details.
Which page is checked?
Only the page whose address you enter. We follow at most a few redirects to the right address, but we don’t look at other pages of your site. To check your contact page as well, enter it separately.
Why does something show as “not found” when it is on my site?
We read the HTML the server delivers. If something is on another page, or only loads through JavaScript (such as some chat widgets or forms), we don’t see it. A phone number that only appears in an image isn’t recognised either.
Do you store the URL I enter?
No. The URL is only used to fetch that one page and is not stored. To prevent abuse we count how many checks are made per hashed IP address in an hour; that counter expires within about an hour.
Do I get a grade or score?
No. You see for each point whether it was found on the page, how many of the eight points we found, and at most three concrete improvements. We don’t give a grade or an estimate of missed customers.
Is the result a guarantee?
No. It is a free indication based on one page. Always check the points on your site yourself.
