What does an AI phone assistant do for an estate agent?
An AI phone assistant answers your agency’s phone when you are busy or closed. It answers questions about your listings based on the property details you provide, logs viewing and valuation requests, and sends you a summary after every call.
How does the assistant know which properties are for sale?
You provide the property details, such as address, asking price, floor area and features. We add them to the assistant’s knowledge and keep them up to date together. A link with your agency software is looked at case by case.
Can the assistant negotiate on offers or price?
No. The assistant makes no commitments about price, offers or the status of a sale. It notes such questions so you can call back yourself.
Does the assistant schedule viewings directly?
By default the assistant logs the request and you schedule the viewing. A link with an online calendar such as Google Calendar or Calendly is possible by arrangement.
Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant says at the start of every call that it is an AI assistant. That way it is always clear to the caller, in line with the transparency rules of the European AI Act.
